There are two ways to use WhatsApp on PC without Whatsapp Web. In both steps, you have to use Android Emulators.

1) Using Google Chrome

There are very easy steps to do it:

Step 1: Go to Your Google Chrome on PC.

Step 2: Search 'Google Chrome Store' on google.

         

 Step 3: Open the first that comes on the screen.

 Step 4: Search for 'Android Online Emulator' in the search box.

Step 5: Click on the 'Add to Chrome' Option.

Step 6: Click on the logo and a dialog box appears. Then click on the 'Run Android online emulator'.

Step 7: Then click on the WhatsApp logo. Then log in with your phone number and enjoy                               WhatsApp on PC.
